As the year of the snake dawned upon the decade, all sorts of folk around the SGV slithered their way into the city of Monterey Park in hopes of grabbing bags filled with fun, goods, and maybe even some prizes. As crowds of people filled up the streets, it instantly scaled out into a weekend filled with joyful celebration.
